cakra = disk; śaṅkha = conch; varā = boon; abhīti = fearlessness; hastāni = in the hands; ētāni = these; sarvaśaḥ = all mighty;। mūlarūpa = the original form; savarṇāni = adorned with gold; kr̥ṣṇavarṇā = dark coloured; śikhōcyatē = crown above;। caturviṁśati = twenty four; mūrtayaḥ = forms; ca = and; mūlarūpa svarṇakāḥ = of the original form and colour;॥]
The all mighty is holding the disk, conch, boon sign, and not-to-fear sign in the (four) hands. This original form is dark, adorned with a crown on the head and gold ornaments. The twenty-four forms (representing the 24 letters of Gayatri mantra) are also similar to original form and colour.
