2.3.16
शतं चैका च हृदयस्य नाड्यः तासां मूर्धानमभिनिःसृतैका। तयोर्ध्वमायन् अमृतत्वमेति विष्वगन्या उत्क्रमणे भवन्ति ॥१६॥
śataṃ caikā ca hṛdayasya nāḍyaḥ tāsāṃ mūrdhānamabhiniḥsṛtaikā। tayordhvamāyan amṛtatvameti viṣvaganyā utkramaṇe bhavanti ॥16॥
[शतम् (śatam) - hundred; च (ca) - and; एका (ekā) - one; च (ca) - and; हृदयस्य (hṛdayasya) - of the heart; नाड्यः (nāḍyaḥ) - channels; तासाम् (tāsām) - of them; मूर्धानम् (mūrdhānam) - to the head; अभिनिःसृता (abhiniḥsṛtā) - emerges; एका (ekā) - one; तयोः (tayoḥ) - of them; ऊर्ध्वम् (ūrdhvam) - upwards; आयन् (āyan) - going; अमृतत्वम् (amṛtatvam) - immortality; एति (eti) - attains; विष्वक् (viṣvak) - all around; अन्या (anyā) - others; उत्क्रमणे (utkramaṇe) - in departing; भवन्ति (bhavanti) - become;]
There are a hundred and one channels of the heart; of them, one rises, and emerges into the head. Going upwards through it, one attains immortality; the others spread out in other directions upon departing.

बहुचित्रजगद्बहुधाकरणात् परशक्तिरनन्तगुणः परमः ।
सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
