Bhagavad Gīta Bhāshya and Tātparya
B.G 10.07
एतां विभूतिं योगं च मम यो वेत्ति तत्त्वतः। सोऽविकम्पेन योगेन युज्यते नात्र संशयः ॥७॥
etāṁ vibhūtiṁ yogaṁ ca mama yo vetti tattvataḥ। so'vikampena yogena yujyate nātra saṁśayaḥ ॥7॥
[एताम् (etām) - this; विभूतिम् (vibhūtim) - manifestation of power; योगं (yogam) - and yogic power; च (ca) - and; मम (mama) - of Mine; यः (yaḥ) - who; वेत्ति (vetti) - knows; तत्त्वतः (tattvataḥ) - in principle. सः (saḥ) - he; अविकम्पेन (avikampena) - with unshakable; योगेन (yogena) - yoga; युज्यते (yujyate) - is engaged with rigor; न (na) - not; अत्र (atra) - herein; संशयः (saṁśayaḥ) - doubt.]
He who knows the principle behind this great manifestations and yogic power of Mine, is engaged with rigor and unwaveringly in Yoga - there is no doubt about it.
Gīta Tātparya 10.07
'Yoga' - the power or capability; 'yujyate' - that rigor by which Yoga is attained; 'vibhūti' - a special manifestation, or greatness, or ability to exist in various forms;
"युज्यते येन योगोऽसावुपायः शक्तिरेव च​।"
"yujyate yena yogo'sāvupāyaḥ śaktireva ca​।"
[युज्यते (yujyate) - is united; येन (yena) - by which; योगः (yogaḥ) - the Yoga; असौ (asau) - that; उपायः (upāyaḥ) - means; शक्तिः (śaktiḥ) - strength; एव (eva) - indeed; च (ca) - and.]
"The word 'yujyate' means that strength by which Yoga is attained."

[इति (iti) - thus; च (ca) - and / also.]
- stated thus as well.
विशिष्टं भवनं विभूतिः महत्त्वम्। विविधभवनं वा। योगः सामर्थ्यम् ॥७॥
viśiṣṭaṁ bhavanaṁ vibhūtiḥ mahattvam। vividhabhavanaṁ vā। yogaḥ sāmarthyam ॥7॥
[विशिष्टं (viśiṣṭaṁ) - special; भवनं (bhavanaṁ) - existence or manifestation; विभूतिः (vibhūtiḥ) - is glory or power; महत्त्वम् (mahatvam) - greatness. विविध-भवनं (vividha-bhavanaṁ) - various manifestations; वा (vā) - or. योगः (yogaḥ) - union; सामर्थ्यम् (sāmarthyam) - capability or power.]
'vibhūti' is a special manifestation, or greatness, or ability to exist in various forms. 'Yoga' is the power or capability.

बहुचित्रजगद्बहुधाकरणात् परशक्तिरनन्तगुणः परमः ।
सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
