B.G 8.22
पुरुषः स परः पार्थ भक्त्या लभ्यस्त्वनन्यया। यस्यान्तःस्थानि भूतानि येन सर्वमिदं ततम् ॥२२॥
puruṣaḥ sa paraḥ pārtha bhaktyā labhyastvananyayā। yasyāntaḥsthāni bhūtāni yena sarvamidaṁ tatam ॥22॥
[पुरुषः (puruṣaḥ) - The Supreme Being; सः (saḥ) - He; परः (paraḥ) - Transcendent; पार्थ (pārtha) - O son of Pṛthā (Arjuna); भक्त्या (bhaktyā) - Through devotion; लभ्यः (labhyaḥ) - Obtainable; तु (tu) - Indeed; अनन्यया (ananyayā) - By exclusive (devotion); यस्मिन् (yasmin) - In whom; अन्तःस्थानि (antaḥsthāni) - Reside internally; भूतानि (bhūtāni) - All beings; येन (yena) - By whom; सर्वम् (sarvam) - Everything; इदं (idaṁ) - This; ततम् (tatam) - Is pervaded;]
O Pārtha (Arjuna), the Supreme Transcendent Being is attainable only through exclusive devotion. All beings reside in Him, and He pervades this entire universe.
Gīta Bhāshya 8.22
Exclusive devotion towards the supreme lord (ananyayā bhaktyā) is the supreme practice (paramaṁ sādhanam)
परमं साधनम् आह - पुरुष इति ॥२२॥
paramaṁ sādhanam āha - puruṣa iti ॥22॥
[परमं (paramaṁ) - Supreme; साधनम् (sādhanam) - Means (method, practice); आह (āha) - Declares (states); पुरुषः (puruṣaḥ) - the verse 'purusha', The Supreme Being; इति (iti) - Thus;]
The verse 'puruṣaḥ', declares the supreme practice.
