Bhagavad Gīta Bhāshya and Tātparya
B.G 7.19
बहूनां जन्मनामन्ते ज्ञानावान् मां प्रपद्यते। वासुदेवः सर्वमिति स महात्मा सुदुर्लभः ॥१९॥
bahūnāṁ janmanāmante jñānāvān māṁ prapadyate। vāsudevaḥ sarvamiti sa mahātmā sudurlabhaḥ ॥19॥
[बहूनां जन्मनाम् अन्ते ज्ञानावान् मां प्रपद्यते। वासुदेवः सर्वम् इति स महात्मा सुदुर्लभः॥
बहूनाम् (bahūnām) - Of many; जन्मनाम् (janmanām) - Births; अन्ते (ante) - At the end; ज्ञानवान् (jñānavān) - possessing knowledge; माम् (mām) - Me (the Supreme Lord); प्रपद्यते (prapadyate) - Surrenders to; takes refuge in; वासुदेवः (vāsudevaḥ) - Vāsudeva (Krishna); सर्वम् (sarvam) - All; everything; इति (iti) - Thus; so; in this way; सः (saḥ) - He; that person; महात्मा (mahātmā) - The great soul; सुदुर्लभः (sudurlabhaḥ) - Very rare to find; ]
At the end of many births, one attains wisdom and he reaches Me, knowing that Vāsudeva (Krishna) is everything. Such a great soul (mahātmā) is very rare to find.
Gīta Bhāshya 7.19
At the end of many births, one becomes endowed with such a knowledge, is reiterated by quoting a testimonial from Brāhma Purāna.
बहूनां जन्मनाम् अन्ते ज्ञानवान् भवति। तच्चोक्तं ब्राह्मे -
bahūnāṁ janmanām ante jñānavān bhavati। taccoktaṁ brāhme -
[बहूनाम् (bahūnām) - Of many; जन्मनाम् (janmanām) - Births; अन्ते (ante) - At the end; ज्ञानवान् (jñānavān) - The possessor of knowledge; भवति (bhavati) - Becomes; is; तत् (tat) - That; च (ca) - And; उक्तं (uktaṁ) - Has been said; spoken; ब्राह्मे (brāhme) - In the Brāhma Purāna;]
At the end of many births, one becomes endowed with such knowledge. This has also been stated in the Brāhma Purāna:
"बहुभिर्जन्मभिर्ज्ञात्वा ततो मां प्रतिपद्यते।"
इति ॥१९॥
"bahubhirjanmabhirjñātvā tato māṁ pratipadyate।"
iti ॥19॥
[बहुभिः (bahubhiḥ) - Through many; by many; जन्मभिः (janmabhiḥ) - Births; lives; ज्ञात्वा (jñātvā) - Having known; ततः (tataḥ) - Then; thereafter; माम् (mām) - Me (the Supreme Lord); प्रतिपद्यते (pratipadyate) - Attains; surrenders; ]
[इति (iti) - stated thus;]
"Having realized (the truth) through many births, one then surrenders to Me."

बहुचित्रजगद्बहुधाकरणात् परशक्तिरनन्तगुणः परमः ।
सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
