Bhagavad Gīta Bhāshya and Tātparya
B.G 6.13 and 14
समं कायशिरोग्रीवं धारयन्नचलं स्थिरः। सम्प्रेक्ष्य नासिकाग्रं स्वं दिशश्चानवलोकयन् ॥१३॥
प्रशान्तात्मा विगतभीर्ब्रह्मचारिव्रते स्थितः। मनः संयम्य मच्चित्तो युक्त आसीत मत्परः ॥१४॥
samaṁ kāyaśirogrīvaṁ dhārayannacalaṁ sthiraḥ। samprekṣya nāsikāgraṁ svaṁ diśaścānavalokayan ॥13॥
praśāntātmā vigatabhīrbrahmacārivrate sthitaḥ। manaḥ saṁyamya maccitto yukta āsīta matparaḥ ॥14॥
[समं काय शिरः ग्रीवं धारयन् अचलं स्थिरः। सम्प्रेक्ष्य नासिका अग्रं स्वं दिशः च अनवलोकयन्॥ प्रशान्त आत्मा विगतभीः ब्रह्मचारिव्रते स्थितः। मनः संयम्य मत् चित्तो युक्त आसीत मत् परः॥
समं (samaṁ) - Keeping evenly; काय (kāya) - body; शिरः (śiraḥ) - head; ग्रीवं (grīvaṁ) - and neck; धारयन् (dhārayan) - wearing the object of meditation in the mind; अचलं (acalaṁ) - without wandering; स्थिरः (sthiraḥ) - steady; सम्प्रेक्ष्य (samprekṣya) - having fixed gaze; नासिका (nāsikā) - at the tip of the nose; अग्रं (agraṁ) - and; स्वं (svaṁ) - one's own; दिशः (diśaḥ) - directions; च (ca) - and; अनवलोकयन् (anavalokayann) - not looking around. प्रशान्त (praśānta) - tranquil; आत्मा (ātmā) - self; विगतभीः (vigatabhīḥ) - free from fear; ब्रह्मचारिव्रते (brahmacārivrate) - in the vow of celibacy; स्थितः (sthitaḥ) - situated; मनः (manaḥ) - mind; संयम्य (saṁyamya) - having controlled; मत् (mat) - in Me; चित्तो (citto) - consciousness; युक्तः (yuktaḥ) - joined / engage; आसीत (āsīta) - be situated; मत् (mat) - in Me; परः (paraḥ) - supreme goal.]
Keeping evenly the body, the head, and the neck; wearing the object of meditation in the mind; keeping the mind steady and not wandering; having fixed the gaze at the tip of the nose and not looking in other directions; having a tranquil self that is free from fear; controlling the mind and having established in the vow of celibacy; must unite his consciousness in Me and be situated in Me as the supreme goal.

बहुचित्रजगद्बहुधाकरणात् परशक्तिरनन्तगुणः परमः ।
सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
