Bhagavad Gīta Bhāshya and Tātparya
B.G 4.34
tadviddhi praṇipātena paripraśrena sevayā। upadekṣyanti te jñānaṁ jñāninastatvadarśinaḥ ॥34॥
Therefore, seek to understand by surrender, by inquiry, and by service. The wise who have envisioned truth and its principles will then impart knowledge to you.
Gīta Bhāshya 4.34
Though Arjuna belongs to the category of those eligible for knowledge, but his delusion prevails at this stage.
idānīmapi jñānyeva। tathāpi abhibhavāt mohaḥ। mā tu uktā।
Even now, Arjuna belongs to the category of Jnānins. Nevertheless, his delusion prevails. Previously, testimonials were given for the same.
Gīta Tātparya 4.34
Krishna himself will impart the said knowledge, starting from verse 7.2.
jñānaṁ te'haṁ savijñānamiti vakṣyamāṇatvāt svayameva upadekṣyati ॥34॥
The lord himself will impart the stated complete knowledge at 7.2, as stated in the verse 'jñānaṁ te'haṁ', i.e. I will give you knowledge.

बहुचित्रजगद्बहुधाकरणात् परशक्तिरनन्तगुणः परमः ।
सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
