Bhagavad Gīta Bhāshya and Tātparya
B.G 1.01
अथ प्रथमोऽध्यायः । अर्जुनविषादयोगः
atha prathamō'dhyāyaḥ । arjunaviṣādayōgaḥ
धृतराष्ट्र उवाच। धर्मक्षेत्रे कुरुक्षेत्रे समवेता युयुत्सवः। मामकाः पाण्डवाश्चैव किमकुर्वत सञ्जय ॥ १-१॥
dhr̥tarāṣṭra uvāca। dharmakṣētrē kurukṣētrē samavētā yuyutsavaḥ। māmakāḥ pāṇḍavāścaiva kimakurvata sañjaya ॥ 1-1॥
[dhr̥tarāṣṭra uvāca = Dhrtarasta said; dharmakṣētrē = the filed of righteousness; kurukṣētrē = the field of action, Kurukshetra; samavētā = assembles; yuyutsavaḥ = eager to battle; māmakāḥ = Mine; pāṇḍavāścaiva = Pandavas; kimakurvata = What did they do; sañjaya = O Sanjaya; ]
Dhrtarasta asked: O Sanjaya! Assembled at Kurukshetra, the field of righteousness, and eager to fight, what did my people and Pandavas do?

बहुचित्रजगद्बहुधाकरणात् परशक्तिरनन्तगुणः परमः ।
सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
