B.G 7.10

बीजं मां सर्वभूतानां विदि्ध पार्थ सनातनम्। बुदि्धर्बुदि्धमतामस्मि तेजस्तेजस्विनामहम् ॥१०॥

bījaṁ māṁ sarvabhūtānāṁ vididha pārtha sanātanam। budidharbudidhamatāmasmi tejastejasvināmaham ॥10॥

[बीजं मां सर्वभूतानां विदि्ध पार्थ सनातनम्। बुद्धिः बुद्धिमताम् अस्मि तेजः तेजस्विनाम् अहम् ॥१०॥
बीजम् (bījam) - seed; माम् (mām) - me; सर्वभूतानाम् (sarvabhūtānām) - of all living beings; विद्धि (viddhi) - know; पार्थ (pārtha) - O Pārtha (Arjuna); सनातनम् (sanātanam) - eternal; बुद्धिः (buddhiḥ) - intelligence; बुद्धिमताम् (buddhimatām) - of the intelligent ones; अस्मि (asmi) - I am; तेजः (tejaḥ) - splendor; तेजस्विनाम् (tejasvinām) - of the brilliant ones; अहम् (aham) - I; ]

O Pārtha (Arjuna), know me as the eternal seed of all living beings. I am the intelligence of the intelligent and the splendor of the splendid.

Gīta Tātparya 7.10

He is the seed of that which expresses. He is stationed in the intellect of the wise.

... व्यञ्जनादत् बीजसञ्ज्ञितः। बोधनात् बुद्धिनामासौ बुद्धिमत्सु व्यवस्थितः ॥१०॥

... vyañjanādat bījasañjñitaḥ। bodhanāt buddhināmāsau buddhimatsu vyavasthitaḥ ॥10॥

[व्यञ्जनात् (vyañjanāt) - through that which expresses; बीजसञ्ज्ञितः (bījasañjñitaḥ) - he is stationed as the seed; बोधनात् (bodhanāt) - to impart learning; बुद्धिनाम् (buddhinām) - of the wise; आसौ (āsau) - this; बुद्धिमत्सु (buddhimatsu) - among the intellect (of the wise); व्यवस्थितः (vyavasthitaḥ) - is established; ]

...he is stationed as seed in that which expresses. As he makes the wise to impart learning, he is established in the intellect of the wise.
