Bhagavad Gīta Bhāshya and Tātparya
B.G 7.04
भूमिरापोऽनलो वायुः खं मनो बुदि्धरेव च। अहङ्कार इतीयं मे भिन्ना प्रकृतिरष्टधा ॥४॥
bhūmirāpo'nalo vāyuḥ khaṁ mano budidhareva ca। ahaṅkāra itīyaṁ me bhinnā prakr̥tiraṣṭadhā ॥4॥
[भूमिः आपो अनलो वायुः खं मनो बुद्धिः एव च। अहङ्कार इति इयं मे भिन्ना प्रकृतिः अष्टधा॥
भूमिः (bhūmiḥ) - Earth; आपः (āpaḥ) - Water; अनलः (analaḥ) - Fire; वायुः (vāyuḥ) - Air; खं (kham) - Space (ether); मनः (manaḥ) - Mind; बुद्धिः (buddhiḥ) - Intellect; एव (eva) - Indeed; च (ca) - And; अहङ्कारः (ahaṅkāraḥ) - the Ego principle; इति (iti) - Thus; इयं (iyam) - This; मे (me) - that is mine; भिन्ना (bhinnā) - differentiated; प्रकृतिः (prakṛtiḥ) - incentient; अष्टधा (aṣṭadhā) - Eightfold;]
The Earth, the water, the fire, the air, the space, the mind, the intellect, and the ego principle — are the eightfold divisions of the 'Prakrti', the insentient, that is mine.
Gīta Bhāshya 7.04
Lord starts revealing his special knowledge. The 'mahat' principle is implied by the word 'ahaṅkāra', i.e. the ego principle.
प्रतिज्ञातं ज्ञानम् आह - भूमिः इत्यदिना। महतः अहङ्कारे एव अन्तर्भावः ॥४॥
pratijñātaṁ jñānam āha - bhūmiḥ ityadinā। mahataḥ ahaṅkāre eva antarbhāvaḥ ॥4॥
[प्रतिज्ञातं (pratijñātaṁ) - Promised or earlier stated; ज्ञानम् (jñānam) - Knowledge; आह (āha) - is declared; भूमिः (bhūmiḥ) - by 'bhūmiḥ'; इति (iti) - verse; अदिना (adinā) - and others; महतः (mahataḥ) - the word 'mahat'; अहङ्कारे (ahaṅkāre) - in the ego principle; एव (eva) - Indeed; अन्तर्भावः (antarbhāvaḥ) - Inclusion, being contained within;]
Earlier stated knowledge (about the Lord) is declared in 'bhūmiḥ' and subsequent verses. The 'mahat' principle (stated in the standard Sankhya darshana) is also implied by the word 'ahaṅkāra' i.e. the ego principle.

बहुचित्रजगद्बहुधाकरणात् परशक्तिरनन्तगुणः परमः ।
सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
