Sujanodadhi-saṃvṛddhi.01

सुजनोदधिसंवृद्धिपूर्णचन्द्रो गुणार्णवः। अमन्दानन्दसान्द्रो नः प्रीयतामिन्दिरापतिः ॥१॥

sujanodadhi-saṃvṛddhi-pūrṇa-candro guṇārṇavaḥ। amandānanda-sāndro naḥ prīyatām indirāpatiḥ ॥1॥

[सुजन (sujana) - good person; virtuous person; उदधि (udadhi) - ocean; संवृद्धि (saṃvṛddhi) - increase; growth; पूर्ण (pūrṇa) - full; complete; चन्द्र (candra) - moon; गुण (guṇa) - quality; virtue; अर्णवः (arṇavaḥ) - ocean; अमन्द (amanda) - not small; great; आनन्द (ānanda) - bliss; joy; सान्द्रः (sāndraḥ) - dense; abundant; नः (naḥ) - our; for us; प्रीयताम् (prīyatām) - may be pleased; इन्दिरा (indirā) - Lakṣmī; goddess of fortune; पतिः (patiḥ) - lord;]

(The ocean of virtues, whose full moon is the increase of good people, who is a dense mass of great bliss, may the Lord of Lakṣmī be pleased with us.)

May the Lord of Lakṣmī, the ocean of virtues whose full moon is the growth of the virtuous, and who is a dense mass of supreme bliss, be pleased with us.
